It has to be a first for a bride to be lifted by her dad and friend from the lodge to the hotel for the ceremony because of puddles of water great for the pics though.
That was some weekend of torrential rain but how lucky were Mhairi and Connor who had their wedding at Huntingtower Hotel. A lot of roads were closed due to flooding but family and guests managed to get to there. Their dog Raven just took it all in her stride as she was walked down the aisle with her cute flower necklace on show. Autumn was definately the theme on the day with the decor in oranges and brown colours. The ceremony was by a family friend minister Linda Stewart. The bouquets were stacked with their colour scheme by Robbie and Nicoll. The stunning cake was by J & M Bakery. Piper for the day was their friend Ben.
